Return period

To initiate a return, it will be necessary to do so within 16 days following the purchase.

Return process: Send an email to hello@becherrycosmetics.com with the subject "Return: Order Number," including a copy of the purchase receipt we sent to the address you provided, the chosen return method, and a photo of the product in your possession (to explain the reason for the return).

Subsequently, you must go to a transport agency to send the package to the following address:

Documents required for a return

You must attach the purchase receipt and a photo of the product in your possession.

Return costs

Free in case of defect or shipping error during the first 16 days; thereafter, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Non-returnable products

Returns are not allowed for opened or used products.

Return method

Replacement with a product of the same value or a refund of the purchase amount, excluding the original purchase's shipping costs.
