Return period
To make a return, you must do so within 16 days of purchase .

Documents to attach
Include a copy of the proof of purchase, your desired return method, and a photo of the product in your possession (to understand the reason for the return).

Go to a transport agency to send the package to the following address:

After 16 days or for other reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
